Ground Banner Frame can be used with a 3 ft. x 10 ft. ONLY. 

This Heavy-Duty hardware kit lets you mount your banner without sagging or wrinkling. The aluminum mounting brackets remain in place until you are ready to display your banner. Each frame comes with installation hardware and bungees for securing the banner to the frame
